The Value and Power of Going Within: Feeling into Self

Reflecting on the article I published last night, I felt some disappointment. Why did I feel that, and why was it so generalized in my body? Yes, I asked that, connected with my Spirit helpers, and listened.

The following poem emerged. It may have some value, but if you happen to read it, it would be more meaningful if you read last night’s post and even the article the day before that. “I meant what I said, and I said what I meant…” (Dr. Seuss). Practicing what I believe and having fellowship with my own Heart and in turn with Spirit through my totem birds and guides give peace, significance, and happiness — not to mention wisdom.

Feeling into our emotions, of whatever sort, often holds lessons and, if we are awakened to our essence and hold connections with Spirit, we may learn more of ourselves. Why would I want to do that? To be healing and happy — nothing else.
