It doesn’t have to be like this. Wake up! (See pic below!) (Photo by Alexey Fedenkov on Unsplash)

From my childhood through my teen years, my wise and sometimes philosophical mother told me a number of times to follow the dictates of my heart. I suppose I should value that above all else; however, this society forces values that are the egoic status quo, the norm. The norm does not usually include living one’s true self, one’s inner child with all those dreams; the norm involves money, money produced by doing work that we neither wish to do nor value. In the collective, production resulting in income trumps all else.

That is not the dictate of my Heart; therefore, I will not value that. Yes, there are consequences to that, but the consequences of following the dictates of my Heart, which resolves all, will more than make up for any financial disparity.

Why? Happiness surges from a happy Heart, a Heart that has been heard, heeded, and felt. I find this happiness and joy surges from that which is far greater than this mortal man. When anyone comes to know true, highest Self, Heart, they know that each individual’s physical expression is only one of the distinct varieties, flavors of eternal Spirit. We are One.

Therefore, when someone awakens to Heart and consciously engages in healing and fellowship in love and light, they are not limited in finding happiness…
